Mark and his father helped shape my career choices for which I am ever grateful. My thoughts and good wishes are with Mark's family now.
In memory of my wonderful dad, who helped make me the person I am today. Thank you. And thank you to Cransley for making the end peaceful.
Mark was a kind and thoughtful person who had time and patience for me when I needed it the most. He had such a profound impact on my career development. He will truly be missed and remembered fondly.
So sad. A lovely friend, colleague, mentor and an amazing arboriculturist. Fond memories of meeting up with you both in Mallorca. Sending lots of love to your family.
Remembering Mark and all he did to promote and support arboriculture. Mark will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and working with him. Sending love to all Marks family.
With much love
Such fond memories of holidays in Portugal with Mark and Debra ,Mark was a great character and had a wonderful dry sense of humour, so sad to hear the news of his death x
Mark was a dear friend, colleague and mentor! A true inspiration. Thank you for shaping my future Mark, I’ll never forget you xx
With deepest sympathy.
Mark has contributed enormously to the profession. His diligence, knowledge and experience, mixed with generosity, kindness, wit and humour, will be deeply missed.
So sad to lose such a valued friend and colleague
Had lunch with Mark in October. Whilst we were meeting as respective 'experts' on a case much of the conversation revolved around life, family and a general love of trees. I’m very sorry to hear of his passing.
Sad loss of a great bloke!!
Mark was a great character, extremely diligent and a brilliant tree man. I have always had the greatest respect for Mark, his knowledge and intellect were unmatched in my opinion. Very sad news indeed.
I never met Mark, but if he was anything like his daughter, Meredith, then he was truly wonderful. My deepest condolences. Xx
Love you, Dad xxxxxx
I shared a very small office with Mark when I started my job at Maidstone Borough Council in 1989 (so soon got to know him quite well!) and he made me feel very welcome. We had some fun times and I remember him particularly for his dry sense of humour. Very sad to hear of his passing
Mark was my boss, when we worked together at Maidstone Council. Had some great times, especially remember the office phone ringing off the hook after the 1991 storm.
